FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are there a minimum number of walks required per week?
Yes, we require two scheduled walks or visits per week to be eligible for our Dog Walking and Cat Care services.

Can I expect my dog walker/caretaker to arrive at my house by a specific time for each visit?

We will arrive at your home within a two-hour window to be predetermined with our clients. While we try our best to keep to your pet's typical routine, we cannot guarantee a specific time of arrival due to travel time and unforeseen delays we may encounter.

Will you walk my dog with other dogs?

No, we do not walk more than one dog at a time unless they are from the same household. This ensures undivided attention is given to your dog for the benefit of training, safety and any other needs.

Will you still come walk my dog during inclement weather?

Yes, we will walk your dog rain or shine, unless it is dangerous to be outside. During extreme heat or cold, your dog will be given a potty break and the remainder of the visit will be supplemented with playtime or brain games to keep them physically and mentally active.

Will you socialize my dog?

No, we don’t allow strangers to pet your dog or let other dogs approach your dog to maximize their safety under our care. We do recognize the important role of socialization for dogs and encourage you to engage in playdates with trusted dog friends, if appropriate for you pup.
